Presidential robo calls flood North Dakota phones

BISMARCK – North Dakotans complaining about an automated phone call asking about their preferred presidential candidate the day before and on the same day as Super Tuesday caucuses don’t need to report it to the state. Parrell Grossman, director of the state attorney general’s Consumer Protection and Antitrust Division, received multiple calls himself and is already on the case.
