ND Patrol IDs woman accused of DUI with child in car in I-94 accident
FARGO – A Moorhead woman is accused of causing a three-vehicle accident here after drinking and driving with a child as a passenger in her car. The accident happened at 2:55 p.m. Friday in the westbound lanes of Interstate 94.
