Areavoices: Local libraries launch 'One Book, One Community' project featuring Lowry’s “The Giver”
In partnership, the Fargo Public Library, the Lake Agassiz Regional Library and the West Fargo Public Library are launching an inaugural "One Book, One Community" reading project starting today.
