Moorhead pet licenses available to shoppers
MOORHEAD – Police volunteers are providing pet owners three opportunities to pick up pet licenses Nov. 24 through Dec. 8. Licenses will be on sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following dates and locations:
