Lynn was born November 1, 1918 in Warren, Minnesota. He was the son of Iver Lokken and Verna (Isaacson) Lokken Baker. Lynn grew up in Norman and Clay Counties. He graduated from Glyndon High School and the University of Minnesota-Crookston.

Lynn C. Lokken, 94, of Sabin passed away on December 4th at Waverly Gardens in North Oaks, MN.Lynn was born November 1, 1918 in Warren, Minnesota.
