Kenneth was born February 13, 1950 in Fargo, ND to Melvin and Joyce (Reitan) Moen from Page. He was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Page and graduated from the Page High School in 1969. Ken attended Wahpeton State School of Science and graduated with a diesel mechanic degree.

Kenneth Melvin Moen, 62, of Valley, NE formerly of Page, ND, died Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Life Care Center of Elkhorn, NE.Kenneth was born February 13, 1950 in Fargo, ND to Melvin and Joyce (Reitan) Moen from Page.
