Icy roads contribute to crashes across metro
FARGO – A number of accidents have been reported in the Fargo-Moorhead area after a dusting of snow this morning left roads slick. Capt. Brian Niewind of the North Dakota Highway Patrol said eight crashes were reported in the Fargo metro area since about 7:30 a.m.By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM
