Today: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, apple, oatmeal raisin cookie. Tuesday: Herb-roasted chicken, wild rice, peas, broccoli raisin salad, peaches. Wednesday: Beef stew, biscuit, corn, strawberry Jell-O with pears. Thursday: Pork roast with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, beets, rhubarb crisp.
