Keith loved to dance (he attended 2 to 3 dances in the area per week). He belonged to the local snowmobile club and was a member of the American Legion & Knights of Columbus.

Duane “Keith” Facey, 85, formerly of Lidgerwood, ND, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Lake Region Hospital, Fergus Falls, MN. Keith was born March 3, 1927 to Ted and Bernice (Hanson) Facey. He grew up in Gilby, ND, graduated high school and then enlisted in the Navy. After the Navy, he earned a business degree at UND, Grand Forks, ND. He married Florence Scheeler in July 1951. They lived in Enderlin, ND and co-operated a Gambles Store. They moved to Lidgerwood, ND in 1954 and owned Gambles Keith Facey & Sons, Inc. store until 1982. He then sold subscriptions to the Dakota Farmer and insurance products for Harvest Agents until he retired in 1995. Florence passed away on September 4, 1972.Keith loved to dance (he attended 2 to 3 dances in the area per week).
