Wilfred A. Neuenschwander, 92, Fargo, formerly of Fessenden, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Bethany on 42nd retirement home in Fargo. A memorial service will be held January 21st at 11:00 at the Frank Proisl American Legion hall in Fessenden with interment at the Hillside Cemetery in Fessenden.
