Two with local ties representing ND, Minn. in tonight's Miss America pageant
LAS VEGAS – Miss North Dakota and Miss Minnesota - both of whom have ties to Fargo-Moorhead - will find out tonight on live TV how they will fare in the 2013 Miss America Competition at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
