Altru infant bereavement program helps parents cope

GRAND FORKS – Toni Betting’s office at Altru Health System isn’t much bigger than a closet. It takes her but one long reach to gather any number of trinkets and treasures, all of which tell the story of Betting’s life’s work: helping families who have lost an infant.
