Letter: Second Amendment must be sacrosanct
I think civilian armories would be a legitimate idea for control of weapons that are designed to kill humans. Automatics, bazookas, cannons would all be legal to own but illegal to have in the home, where they’re accessible to anybody with mental problems.By: Kerry D’Amour, Wahpeton, N.D., INFORUM
