UPDATED: I-94 between Mandan and Dickinson reopens; travel alert still in effect for western, central ND
BISMARCK – The North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have reopened the closed westbound and eastbound lanes of I-94 between Dickinson and Mandan.
