Letter: No time for petty old days
On Jan. 14, the state Board of Higher Education and the North Dakota University System presented our “Action Agenda for a Bright Future” to the Senate Appropriations Committee. I stood before the assembly and declared the dawn of a new day for higher education in North Dakota. And I meant it.
