VIDEO: Vocal group hits right note with singing valentines

FARGO – Tim Noteboom and the rest of Great Plains Harmony are gearing up for a busy Valentine’s Day. Split up into quartets, the group will be spreading love in the form of singing valentines throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day.
