MOORHEAD – The “Weather Kid” from Moorhead whose appearance on KVLY has more than 70,000 views on YouTube, first got interested in weather because of a tornado warning in May 2011. “Ever since then, he’s been watching the weather,” said his mother, Sally Hallman.
