She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was born in Argusville, North Dakota, to Isidor and Amanda (Swanson) Jendro. She grew up in rural Casselton and graduated from Casselton High School in 1939. She attended Interstate Business College in Fargo and married William G. McShane in 1941.

Margie Lorraine Jendro McShane, 90, passed away quietly at Villa Maria Nursing Home in Fargo on February 13, 2013, surrounded by family. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30p.m. Monday, at Nativity Catholic Church, Fargo. There will be a Prayer Service at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at Nativity Church . Visitation will be at Nativity from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and one hour before the funeral Monday.
