LaVonne Ratzak, daughter of Alvin and Edna (Dablow) Ratzak, was born September 23, 1936 at New Rockford. She grew up in the rural Fessenden and Cathay areas and attended Fessenden Public School, graduating in 1954. She then worked at the FSA office in Fessenden for two years.

Hagen, 76, of rural Cathay, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd in New Rockford.LaVonne Ratzak, daughter of Alvin and Edna (Dablow) Ratzak, was born September 23, 1936 at New Rockford.
