FARGO – On his first trip here, retired NBA star and entrepreneur Dennis Rodman was ready to “feel the love.” Rodman touched down late Friday night and was escorted straight to his engagement at JT Cigarro’s, where he is hosting the finals of the Liquid Ice Girl competition.
