Myrtle LivdahlMyrtle Elaine Currier was born to Clarence and Leola (Hass) Currier on April 5, 1929, at the family home near Dumont, MN. She attended country school and graduated from Fergus Falls (MN) High School.
Myrtle received nurses training at St. Luke's School of Nursing in Fargo, ND, and had a long career in nursing. She worked at St. Luke's Hospital, Eventide Lutheran Home, Moorhead Manor and Bethany Nursing Home. She worked in many other areas of nursing, including teaching, parish nursing and hospice.
