Dawn Cruff-Kartes went to work early Friday so she could take a long lunch break to watch the North Dakota State University men’s basketball team play in the NCAA tournament. Cruff-Kartes gathered at Hooligans in West Fargo with co-workers from Jordahl Custom Homes.
