A helicopter carries sandbags to Clausen Springs Dam
A North Dakota Air National Guard helicopter carries six sandbags to the edge of the Clausen Springs Dam as an attempt was made to control the erosion of the emergency spillway. The dam is west of Kathryn, which was evacuated due to the threat.
