Area businessman and photographer Frederick B. Scheel’s “Scott Whitney, Wharf Hand, Owls Head, Maine” is part of a gift of more than 260 photos given to the Plains Art Museum. It is also part of a current exhibition, featuring pieces from that gift. Special to The Forum
