Gov. Jack Dalrymple signs ladybug bill


Gov. Jack Dalrymple signs a bill on Tuesday making the ladybug the official state insect of North Dakota. A group of Kenmare second-graders convinced legislators to approve their bill and attended the bill signing at the state Capitol.
