Rep. Tim Kelly, of Red Wing, Minn., third from right, addresses a group Saturday in Moorhead during his statewide “Minnesota Votes ‘No’ Tour” urging people to vote “no” on the proposed constitutional amendment that would prohibit same-sex marriage.The tour will travel throughout the state with around 15,000 volunteers participating in more than 30 cites. The tour also made a stop in Bemidji on Saturday.
