Thomas Coleman, of Moorhead, came back from serving in Afghanistan in 2009 suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and tried to kill his wife. Now done with his probation, he fears he may lose his veterans disability. He says a veterans court, like the one being proposed in Clay County, could have reduced his charges and assisted with his depression.
