Morris was born to Arthur and Alma (Berkley) Sletmoe on October 12, 1921 in Leonard, ND. Morris grew up in Leonard and after schooling married Patricia Kenney on December 18, 1942. They lived in Fargo and Morris drove buses for the City of Fargo for a number of years. He started as a driver for Midwest Motor Express in 1947 and worked for them for 33 years until his retirement in 1980. Morris was a member of the Teamsters for 40 years. Morris and Patricia used to work Bingo at the Teamsters and Morris loved to usher at Nativity Church in Fargo.

He is survived by: Wife, Patricia A. Sletmoe, Son, Philip Morris (Ann) Sletmoe, Bismarck, ND, Daughter Judy ( Denis) Hesch, Bruno, MN, Son, Tim (Renee) Sletmoe, Fargo, ND 9 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his: Parents, 1 daughter, 1 son, 1 granddaughter, 1 brother and 1 sister.

The funeral will be at 2:30 P.M. Monday at Nativity Catholic Church. There will be a Prayer Service at 4:00 p.m. Sunday in the Boulger Funeral Home. Interment will be at Holy Cross North, Fargo.
