Kim Anderson, and her husband, Steve died on Thursday, June 25, 2009 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Their deaths at the ages of 49 have been a difficult and tragic loss for the families.

Kim Anderson, and her husband, Steve died on Thursday, June 25, 2009 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Their deaths at the ages of 49 have been a difficult and tragic loss for the families.

Kimberly Sue Berglund was born to Ronald and Cheryl (Lien) Berglund on August 2, 1959 in Grand Forks, ND. She moved to Fargo, ND with her family where she attended elementary school and graduated from West Fargo High School. Kim then attended and graduated from Moorhead Technical College.

She married John Pelkey and together they had two daughters. John passed away in November 1986. Kim married Steve Anderson on April 28, 2003. They presently resided in Wahpeton where Kim was employed at Walmart.

Kim was a proud “Gramma” and loved to brag about her grandchildren. Camping was a source of enjoyment for Kim and Steve.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John; brother, Mark Berglund and sister, Paula Holm.

Kim is survived by two daughters, Sarah Pelkey, Mandan, ND, Heather Pelkey, Glyndon, MN; three grandchildren, Chayse, Paige, and Drake; parents, Ron and Cheryl Berglund, Moorhead, MN; two sisters, Shelly (Duane) Joyce and Terri (Dave) Heil, both Fargo; brother, Greg Berglund, Detroit Lakes, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Steve’s son, Craig.

Kim will be great missed by her family & friends.

Visitation: Monday, June 29, 2009 from 5 to 7 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

Memorial Service: Tuesday at 11 AM at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, West Fargo.

Final Resting Place: Moorhead Memorial Gardens.

Kim & Steve will be missed very much Jeni & I had lots of fun camping with them at Brewer lake. Gunner & Jeni McVille N. D.
