Viola H. Carlson, 88, Breckenridge, Minn., formerly Wahpeton and Milnor, both North Dakota, died Tuesday in St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 in Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30, followed by the funeral at 10:30, in Milnor Lutheran Church.
Cecelia Cook, 84, New Rockford, N.D., died Tuesday in Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford. Visitation will be Friday from 9 to 5 in Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford, and Friday from 7 to 10, with a prayer service at 8, in Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Fort Totten, N.D. The funeral will be Saturday at 10 in the church.
Ronald Hammersmith, 47, Fargo, died Sunday in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Lerud-Johnson-Schuldt Funeral Home, Valley City, N.D., and Saturday from 10 to 11, followed by the funeral at 11, in Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Dazey, N.D.
Margaret McDaniel, 97, Carrington, N.D., formerly Glenfield, N.D., died Tuesday in Golden Acres Manor, Carrington. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 8 and Friday from 9 to noon in Evans Funeral Home, Carrington. The funeral will be Friday at 2 in Prairie Faith Lutheran Church, Glenfield.
