NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. – Sanford Milton Strand, 85, New Rockford, formerly of Sheyenne, N.D., died Wednesday in Bethany on University, Fargo. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 8 in Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford. The funeral will be Monday at 11 in First Lutheran Church, Sheyenne. Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Sheyenne.
