TOWER CITY, N.D. – Lorene M. (Wallis) Richman, 81, Tower City, died Tuesday in Sanford Medical Center Palliative Care Unit, Fargo. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Tower City, and Tuesday from 9 to 10, followed by the funeral at 10, in the church. Burial: Buffalo (N.D.) Cemetery in the spring.
