CROOKSTON, Minn. – James H. Fritsch, 48, Crookston, died Sunday in his home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Visitation will be Friday from 9 to 10, followed by the memorial service at 10, in Anderson-Mattson Funeral Home, Mahnomen, Minn.
