RUGBY, N.D. – Edwin Simmons, 82, Rugby, formerly York, N.D., died Tuesday in Heart of America Medical Center, Rugby. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30, followed by the funeral at 10:30, in Nelson Funeral Home, Leeds, N.D. Burial: York Cemetery.
