NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. – Jack McDowell, 83, New Rockford, died Tuesday in Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, and Friday from 9 to noon in Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford. The funeral will be Friday at 2 in First Lutheran Church, New Rockford. Burial: Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford.
