RUTLAND, N.D. – Ida M. “Billie” Olstad, 91, Lisbon, N.D., formerly Rutland, died Wednesday in North Dakota Veterans Home, Lisbon. Visitation will be Monday from 1:30 to 2:30, followed by the funeral at 2:30, in North Dakota Veterans Home Chapel, Lisbon. Burial: Nordland Cemetery near Rutland.
