WAHPETON, N.D. – Fred Saar, 92, Wahpeton, formerly of Enderlin, N.D., died Monday in St. Francis Healthcare Campus, Breckenridge, Minn. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Willow Creek Chapel, Wahpeton, and Saturday from 9 to 10, followed by the funeral at 10, in Bethel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton. Burial: Leonard (N.D.) Cemetery.
