FARGO – Phyllis I. Johnson, Fargo, formerly Lisbon, N.D., died Thursday in Touchmark, Fargo. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Armstrong Funeral Home, Lisbon. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Englevale, N.D. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery, Lisbon.
