NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. – Vance D. Anderson, 86, New Rockford, died Friday in Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11 to 8 and Thursday from 9 to noon in Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 in First Lutheran Church, New Rockford. Burial: Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford.
