FARGO – Jean Ann Kappel, 81, Fargo, formerly Rugby, N.D., died Friday in Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Fargo. Burial: St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery near Bremen, N.D.
