BISMARCK – Oscar L. Peterson, 89, Bismarck, died Tuesday. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 in Bismarck Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 10:30 in First Lutheran Church, Bismarck. Burial: North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
