Isaiah Christ Albert Kleinsasser arrived stillborn on April 2, 2012 at 5:45pm. He was 6lbs 12oz and 20” long. He is the third child of Matthew and Rebekah Kleinsasser of Robbinsdale, MN, and the little brother of Caleb and Lydia.

Isaiah was preceded in death by his greatgrandparents Christ R. Schuler of Lidgerwood, ND, and Ewald F. and Renata M. Koppelman, also of Lidgerwood, and other dear family and friends, some in their own infancy. Loving and missing him are his parents and siblings; his grandparents Kim and Torey Koppelman of West Fargo, ND, and Nolan and Corliss Kleinsasser of Huron, SD; his great-grandparents Lois M. Schuler of Fargo, ND, Willis and Shirley A. Wipf of Huron, and Paul Albert and Mary Bernice Kleinsasser, also of Huron; uncles, aunts, and cousins Ben (Julie) Koppelman and their children Madison and Reagan of West Fargo, Paul (Marcy) Koppelman of Fargo, Aaron (Candace) Kleinsasser and their daughter Audrey of Brookings, SD, and Rachel (Dustin) Schuur of Sioux City, IA; and numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends. Isaiah’s name also honors his great-great-grandfather Albert R. (Edna) Hofer. Much like the prophet Isaiah, our little Isaiah now knows our Lord more intimately than we are able, and sees clearly that which is so mysterious to us.

A memorial service was held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 7, at North Haven Church, North St. Paul, MN, with Pastor Darrell Benhardus officiating. Visitation was at 10:00 AM.

A memorial service will also be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 14, at Mount Olivet Church, Huron, SD, with Pastor David Erdman officiating. Visitation will be at 9:00 AM. Interment at Ideal Cemetery, Huron, will follow the service.
