VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Phyllis Kramer, 84, Valley City, died Sunday in Mercy Hospital, Valley City. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 2, followed by the memorial service at 2, in Lerud Schuldt Funeral Home, Valley City. Burial: Woodbine Cemetery, Valley City.
