MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Barbara E. Wishinsky, 52, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly New Rockford, N.D., died June 14, at Veteran’s Hospital, in Memphis, Tenn. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday in Memphis. Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church in New Rockford at a future date to be announced. Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford one day prior to her service. Burial will be at the N.D. Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, N.D.
