LISBON, N.D. - Helen A. Billing, 87, of Fort Ransom, N.D., died Thursday at Parkside Lutheran Home, Lisbon. Funeral is 10:30 a.m., Saturday, at the Standing Lutheran Church, Fort Ransom. Visitation is 5 to 7, Friday, at Armstrong Funeral Home, Lisbon. Prayer service is 7 p.m., Friday at Armstrong Funeral Home, Lisbon. Burial is at the Standing Rock Lutheran Cemetery, Fort Ransom.
