HILLSBORO, N.D. - Cecelia J. (Elton) Nelson, 86, died Saturday in Hillsboro Medical Center.

A nursing home service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wildeman-Boulger Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Hillsboro. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Hillsboro.
