ALEXANDRIA, Minn. - Rev. Alden Backman, 80, Alexandria, Minn., died Saturday. Funeral services are 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Shalom Lutheran Church, Alexandria. Burial is at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 7, Tuesday, at the Anderson Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
