BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. - Niona Heyen Dinger, 99, Breckenridge, Minn., formerly Wyndmere, N.D., died Saturday, at St. Francis Nursing Home, Breckenridge. Funeral Service is 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Peace Lutheran Church, Barney, N.D. Visitation is 5 to 7, Tuesday, with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, N.D., and one hour before the service at the church on Wednesday. Interment is at the Walcott Cemetery, Walcott, N.D.
