FARGO, N.D. - Milton Arlington Odgard, 78, Milnor, N.D., died Thursday in Veteran's Administration Hospital.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Milnor Lutheran Church. A private interment will be at Concordia Cemetery.
