FARGO, N.D. - William “Skip” Shirley, 71, Fargo, died Wednesday in Sanford Health Palliative Care.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Sunday at First Lutheran Church, Fargo. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
